Over the last year, members of Scott Hall Mills have been using the venue as their own private boxing club. Having discovered that throwing a punch can be the best form of stress relief, we're now opening up the opportunity to others...
Working with exceptionally supportive trainer Michael Brady in groups of four, you will learn boxing techniques in a low pressure, supportive, and creative environment. The focus of these taster sessions are to build confidence, relieve stress, and provide an introduction to a sport that can sometimes feel intimidating.
A combination of one-on-one boxing and circuits, this shared personal training session is open to all abilities. Beginners are more than welcome!

What you require:
please arrive in gym gear, including trainers
bring a water bottle
if you have gloves of your own please bring these with you, otherwise boxing gloves will be provided
