So often we get caught up in the storylines of our past, or tangled amongst worries about our future. This 90 minute movement and meditation workshop will allow you to reconnect with the present beauty. Back into an awakened state, at harmony with your surroundings and yourself.

Flow with your awareness, let it guide.

Awaken to the life coursing through body & mind with movement which will be used to open and explore the body, and guided mediation to cultivate space to notice and perceive.

The perfect Sunday evening treat to prepare for a gentle yet empowered start to a new week.

Our physical practice is all preparation for comfort within stillness, so expect deep relaxation at the end of this 90 minute workshop. There will be time for group discussion, journalling and to ask any questions that you may have. No prior experience is required and Kate (Calm Collective) will spend time clarifying some of the common meditation myths which might be putting you off from delving into this beautiful practice.
